Return Policy

You may return any new, unused, resalable items within 15 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service at 877-217-6724 to get a return authorization number and we will help arrange for the return of your order. We will credit you back the amount you paid for the product, minus the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee, once the items are received. The shipping cost will be provided for you when you receive the return authorization. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which it was received in order to receive a refund. Please note that items will be inspected upon return to determine if they are in resalable condition. If upon inspection the items are deemed in unsalable condition, your credit will be subject to approval.

Damage Policy

Although rare, shipping damages do occur. Please inspect all packages and make sure that they are damage free. When you sign for delivery, even if the package appears only slightly damaged, please write "Package Damaged”. If your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We will reship the damaged items at no cost to you. Please be prepared to send in photos of the damages to the packaging of your shipment as well as the product itself. Receiving photos helps our customer service representatives understand your situation better and will help speed up the process of your return or exchange. We will work with you to quickly identify and replace the damaged items, and we will submit a claim directly to the shipping company. Please note that we are unable to expedite shipment on a replacement part or item.

Address Change Policy

Please verify in your order confirmation that your shipping address is correct and call customer service immediately if you need to change the shipping address. In the event that you wish to change the shipping address once the order has shipped, there will be a fee to reroute the package. This fee will vary per order, depending on where the package is in transit and the desired location.
